PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION

The company offers competent rail and road infrastructure project management and construction supervision services. The team of construction supervisors ensures compliance of construction works and quality of construction products with the requirements of regulatory enactments and work execution technologies, ensuring the rights and interests of the contracting authority in the whole construction process.
The company has extensive experience and expertise in the realization of construction objects and contract management in accordance with the Construction Contract Agreement (Yellow and Red Book) developed by the International Federation of Engineering Consultants (FIDIC).

DESIGN AND AUTHOR SUPERVISION

The company has experienced TEAM OF EMPLOYEES WHO ARE ready to develop the technical design of railway and road infrastructure, roads, streets and squares of any complexity according to the wishes and needs of each client.
The design service includes consultations, requesting technical regulations in responsible institutions, project development, project approval in responsible institutions and transfer to THE client. If necessary, we also supervise the project and provide consultations during construction PERIOD.

  • Building supervision in the project "Construction of a new tram line from 18 November - Veselības street- Stropu village, Daugavpils"; 
  • Development of railway track part of construction project "Construction of additional infrastructure on Krievu Island. Track tracks";
  • Development of Technical Solutions, Environmental Impact Assessment, Cost-Benefit Analysis in the Rail Baltica Transport Project “Detailed Technical Research and Environmental Impact Assessment of the Latvian Section of the Rail Baltica Rail Line of Europe”;
  • Conducting Construction Supervision and Contract Management in accordance with FIDIC Construction Contract Terms (Yellow Book) Project “Construction of Second Track Skrīveri - Krustpils (Riga - Krustpils District)”;
  • Project supervision according to FIDIC Yellow Book conditions in project “Modernization of signaling system of Liepaja station with reconstruction of tracks”;
  • Development of Narrow Gauge Railroad Exhibition in Ventspils - “Development of the 600 mm narrow gauge railway, which has been historically preserved in the Baltics, as a cultural and historical object: inclusion in Ventspils transport structure and international tourism”;
  • In the reconstruction of several tram line sections in Liepaja, the company provided construction supervision services in accordance with FIDIC Red Book conditions.
